• You must know the name of the person you are trying to reach.
• You may only make two cold calls a day.
  
• You must not read from a script.

Is cold calling still effective in 2008 even if the caller doesn’t follow the above rules? Here’s what’s funny. I hang up on cold callers that don’t follow “my” rules. What’s strange is that they don’t call back. What if I had legitimately lost the connection? Oh, that’s right. The number is automatically dialed and they can’t go back and re-call. I HATE IT!!!!!
