Spirit Airlines does it again with another vulgar online ad campaign. Are they stupid or ignorant, or both? I recently flew this horrible airline. The most horrendous customer service—people completely turning their back and walking away from you when you’re talking to them. I see them out of business within a year or two…just a feeling.
