The Detroit Lions
Ok, the Detroit Lions have been horrible for a long, long time. The other day they announce that they’re raising ticket prices. I hear a lot of moaning and groaning about how could they that? They can do it until people stop buying them. It’s as simple as that.
Take a look at the Red Wings. They raised ticket prices drastically during the past decade. They finally raised them to the point where people stopped buying—even for last year’s Western Conference Final playoff round.
While I agree that raising tickets is a horrible PR move for the Lions, there’s no need to get upset about ticket price increases. Just don’t go.
