I’m just watching some of this Heath Ledger stuff on TV. At this point, all we officially know is that he’s dead. CNN, and I’m sure all the other networks, are talking about a drug overdose, suicide, foul play.

Whatever happened to “cause of death unknown” until it’s actually known?
