Detroit: I want to come back, please.
Last night I attended a Detroit Regional Chamber event at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit.
Wow. The renovation is impressive and very good to see. As I was driving in to town—which I do frequently—I noticed a fair amount of buzz throughout the city. It wasn’t the energy you see before a hockey game or during the auto show. No, this was real and it had that feel of consistency to it....

Grapefruit League opener
There’s a little hope of Spring being around the corner. The Tigers open Grapefruit League play today. I always remember Ernie Harwell kicking off the first broadcast with this:
